The art project was developed for the National Festival of the Sun, which is a very important event in the region and the country yearly. The work took place using old electricity poles on the site, and new ones were installed for that purpose too. The name of the work is related to the intention of creating rain in this desert, using metalized forms which do it through a kind of arbitrarity and artificiality with the context.
